Copy to To: His Excellency Dharambeer Gokhool President of the Republic of Mauritius, [A] I am in favour of STRICT CURFEWS ; 'to sorti, to tase' [B] As I said in my previous message; I also recall ( I was in form one at school ) the damages and scavenging at CANDOS MCB and buildings around during the Kaya Riots and people committing suicide due to their loss. [C] I had been mentioning IN MY SITUATION and LEGAL wars, there are no financial remedy/remedies [D] but in CURRENT SOCIAL CRISIS, the country is facing, I suggest that Government come up with a SPECIAL FUND for all those who have suffered losses during those Riots such as businesses , vehicles and GOVERNMENT REPAIR their infrastructures. [E] I again precise, it is just my opinion and suggestion and not giving orders.
